Generally
Our campsites are members of SCR Svensk Camping, so you need a Camping Key Europé or a Camping ID when you check in and stay with us. Camping Key Europé is a premium card that costs 199:- per year and has a number of discounts that SCR Svensk Camping agrees on an ongoing basis. Camping ID is free, but without discounts and insurance. If you do not have a Camping Key Europé or Camping ID, you can arrange this at check-in.
When booking
When booking, a booking confirmation is issued and sent to the guest via post or email within 5 working days. If you have not received a booking confirmation/invoice from us, this must be notified to the campsite. In order for the booking to be valid, the registration fee, together with the booking fee and any cancellation protection, must be paid no later than 14 days after the booking has been made. The registration fee is 30% of the total amount. 45 days before arrival, the final payment for the entire booking must be paid. Bookings later than 45 days before arrival must be paid in full directly at the time of booking. A booking fee of 100:- is charged.
Cancellation
Cancellation protection can be obtained for a fee of 300:-/object for bookings of cabins, rooms and camping that include more than two nights. If the object with cancellation protection is cancelled more than 15 days before arrival, the full rental amount will be refunded. 14-1 days before arrival in connection with acute illness or accident that can be proven by a doctor’s certificate, the full rental amount will be refunded. Cancellation protection is valid until 18:00 the day before arrival. No cancellation protection applies, no refund.
Check-in times
Check-in time at the campsite for a camping site, cabin or room is no earlier than 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 AM for cabin/room and 1:00 PM for campsite. In case of late check-out, the campsite reserves the right to charge an additional daily fee.
Order rules
The campsite applies the rules of procedure adopted by the Nordic Camping Organisations. There are also some additional local regulations regarding the placement of units on the site, car parking, laying of electrical cables, sewage tanks, etc., which are based on government orders. Violation of the rules of procedure means that the guest may be rejected from the site.
Insurances
The guest is responsible for arranging the protection they deem necessary, such as liability, accident and luggage insurance. For guests checked in with a valid Camping Key Europe, special insurance applies in the event of an accident on site.
Payment
For camping sites, payment in arrears is applied for direct check-in without prior booking. However, guests are required to pay fees and rent in advance upon request. For cabins, rooms, etc., payment in advance is required.
Responsibility of the campsite
The campsite is liable for damage caused to the guest through proven negligence by the campsite owner or by his/her employees within the scope of their duties. The campsite is not liable for damage caused to the guest by third parties or another guest. Nor for damage that was beyond the campsite’s control.
Parking
Only one car per checked-in site or cabin is allowed. Extra cars are directed to the parking lot outside the camping area. It is prohibited to charge electric cars at the camping site and cabin.
